Collectively, Charles and Betty Kennedy have made Erie the bastion of aid and comfort for those who are less fortunate not only in Erie but worldwide. Their concern for all mankind puts them in the class of a "Mother Teresa". So often we honor people for who they are instead of what they have done. Charles and Betty Kennedy have touched the world making the love of God evident from sea to shining sea. Their impact upon the Erie community in the area of social concern and religious generosity and love has set the stage for all who come after them.
